The stock is sorted along specifications in order enable making selections according to specific criteria.
The Stock Specification is linked with the Price Book. The system makes searches specifications in the Price Book in order
to retreive price points.
The ATTRIBUTE is a field that allows to further differentiate categories of diamonds, both rough and polished. Assigning an
attribute could for example point to a specific mine or area from which the diamonds originate.
Polished specifications adhere to standard criteria such as Size, Colour, Clarity and other criteria.
Rough does not have a standardized specification chart. This is why it is up to the user to define his own criteria. In DH
Systems, however, it is customary to assign to four available Types the following values:
TYPE 1 : Size (+11, 2-4 CT, 5CT, Etc..)
TYPE 2: Quality (SAW,MB,Mac, Etc.. )
TYPE 3: Color (WH,BR,DB,CAPE, Etc..)
TYPE 4: Other information
