DH SYSTEMS
The Cash-Flow environment contains all features needed to monitor the financial activity of the business.
Bank accounts in the various currencies or other depositories of funds are maintained in a clear, straightforward way.
Links and shortcuts are implemented along a logical pattern so that Debit and Credit can be checked with ease.
Bank accounts, whether real or virtual, must have B as attribute in the Directory, otherwise they will not be viewed by the
system as a cash repository.
In DH Systems Debit and Credit manage transactions such as office expenditure and salaries. A seperate module deals
with Purchases, Sales and Commissions of rough and polished diamonds. The purchases and sales module take into
account the specifics of diamond trade.
