This form is designed to manage in- or outflow of funds within the business.
The Doc field on the upper left side is the first one to be filled. It gives a choice between various possibilities.
Credit: a generic credit document relating to a delivery of services or goods to an outside party. Example: an appraisal of
diamonds on behalf of a mining company or a sale of an outdated computer.
Debit: a generic debit document relating to a purchase of services goods to an outside party. Example: a lawyer's fee or a
purchase of office furniture.
Sale: A sale of rough or polished diamonds
Purchase: A purchase of rough or polished diamonds.
Commission: a commission due to an intermediary for a sale of diamonds.
Internal: A transfer of funds from one account to another account of the business. In case the accounts are in different
currencies then an exchange rate will be applied.
