The Price Book for polished is a matrix with price points that allows for automating pricing along industry standards when
adding diamonds to the stock. There can be different price books in the system, as identical specification can have
different price points subject to management's policy.
Prices points for polished diamonds are imported via a CSV file. The file must have fields separated by commas. Data
between commas stand for SIZE, COLOR, CLARITY, SHAPE, PRICE BOOK and PRICE. The data will be imported by the
system in this order. The CSV file however may not include column headings.
Prices for rough have no industry standards. Therefore it is for the user to create his own price matrix and enter price
points accordingly.
